Earlier this year, Dylan Thomas’ childhood home in Swansea was opened to tourists and overnight guests. Just last week, Nora Roberts opened a literary-themed B+B in Maryland.  (Finally your lover won’t think it’s weird when you call him Darcy). This Saturday, Agatha Christie’s vacation home in Devon, England, will open to visitors after a two year renovation. The house was the setting for fifteen of her novels.

In addition to hosting day visitors, Christie’s house, known as Greenway, can also accommodate those who wish to spend the night.

For die-hard fans, one floor of the main house has been turned into a five-bedroom holiday apartment, available for $3,600 a week in high season. The trust also hopes to offer overnight guests a meal in the dining room where Christie once dined on hot lobster followed by blackberry ice cream.
