KCRW’s Bookworm, hosted by Michael Silverblatt, is a great books show for many reasons (a minor one is that Silverblatt’s voice can sub for Xanax in a pinch, and that’s not an insult). I used to listen to it all the time when I lived in LA, but since leaving I can never remember to tune in. Out of car, out of mind, I guess.
